Directors Notes: |
Of all the movies I've made this film is one of my personal favorites.
It's perhaps a little strange, even shocking, but I think it so well illustrates how much other people have such a large impact and effect on us and our development - for good or for bad. And this film always really gets me thinking. How can I impact others? Whom do I want impacting my life? Who is impacting my life - are they a good influence? Are they encouraging me in the Lord and helping me to grow closer to Him? Am I gaining a solid Biblical worldview or am I picking up false ideas? The people around us and the things we're exposed to and the way we perceive them greatly molds and shapes us - that's why it's important to be around good sculptors and filter everything through God's Word, the Bible. Besides that I really had a lot of fun making this film! I'd done other stop-motion animation films, but this was the first one I did using clay. |
